Plastic ice bags are exactly what you have and possibly need but don't forget all the ancillary product needs that go along with it. Bagging your own ice requires more than just the ice scoop. Having a dispenser to hold the bags on wicket makes things much easier. Then after the bags are filled it is always a good idea to have a way to seal it.
